It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.

We are not a restoration contractor and do not perform inspections, cleanup, drying, remediation, repair or any other work on your property. When you call the phone number on this Site, your call is routed through the Lead Smart network to an independent, third-party restoration professional who serves Spartanburg County, South Carolina. That professional, not the Site or its owner, is responsible for answering your call, inspecting your property, quoting and performing any work, and for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing and conduct. Any agreement for services is between you and that professional directly. The Site and its owner may receive compensation from the network or the professional for routing your call.
